The Piana Wood Pellet Pizza Oven uses food-grade wood pellets, known for their high calorific value. This means you’ll experience intense, powerful, and consistent heat, ensuring a perfectly cooked pizza every time.
Rotation system for perfect cooking: No need to take the pizza out of the oven! Piana is the only compact oven equipped with an innovative system with a round cordierite refractory stone. The wheel will allow you to turn your pizza during cooking to ensure even cooking.
Removable door: The door allows you to optimise the oven’s heating time.
Fast cooking in 60 seconds: 1 minute is the time it will take to obtain a perfectly cooked pizza!
Fuels: To fuel your oven, you will have the choice to use wood, briquettes, or pellets. Use the hatch located just above the drawer to restock your oven while cooking.
Integrated thermometer: A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. Allow around 20 minutes to obtain the correct cooking temperature: 400 C.
